WEDDING DRESS: WHEN AND HOW TO FIND THE RARE GEM?

If the wedding dress is a key element of the wedding that often receives a lot of attention and discussions, it must be admitted that gentlemen are often overlooked when it comes to advice on their outfit for the big day. When to start the search? What colors to prioritize? Where to find your wedding suit? Gentlemen, follow the guide!

WHEN TO LOOK FOR YOUR WEDDING SUIT?

I often advise future brides to start early (my recommendation is 7 months before the D-Day) to begin their search, have time for fittings, and find their dress. While you don't have to start as early as your dear one, know that the earlier you start, the more choices you will have and also the time to think about what you really want for your suit: the style, the color(s), the accessories (bow tie, suspenders, tie, etc). You theoretically only get married once, so choose your outfit carefully.

WHERE TO FIND YOUR WEDDING SUIT?

Once you have an idea of the suit you want, it's time to get serious: the search for your precious! Here are my tips for your search:

· Make a list of existing boutiques near you (or near your wedding venue)! Don't hesitate to check their Facebook or Instagram pages to get an idea of the suit styles they can offer.

· Look for wedding fairs in your region (if you are in the Hauts de France, discover my upcoming events calendar for the end of this year and the beginning of next year).

· If you are looking for a particular style, you can also go directly to a tailor who will be able to offer you a custom suit that matches your wildest desires! In the Lille region, my two favorite places are Blandin & Delloye and la maison Keitel. I challenge you to leave their place without your rare gem!
